Tbtechsoft respects your privacy. This policy states exactly what the website records — including your IP address — what it is used for, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do. We use no tracking cookies and embed no third-party analytics.
1. Information you give us
When you send the contact form, we store your name, email address, company name (if you fill it in) and your message. When you subscribe in the footer, we store your email address and the language you were browsing in.
With each submission we also record your IP address, browser information (user agent) and the page you were on when you pressed send. This lets us reply in context and identify automated spam.
2. Data the website records automatically
The website records page views and clicks on key buttons and links. Each event contains: the page path, the name of the element clicked, the referring domain that sent you here (if any), the device type (desktop, phone or tablet), an approximate region, a timestamp and your IP address.
We do NOT use cookies or any identifier stored on your device for analytics. Visits within a single day are grouped using a hash derived from your IP address, your browser and a secret key that rotates daily — the hash cannot be reversed and changes every 24 hours, so we cannot follow you across days.
3. Why we collect it
Information you provide is used only to answer your request, advise you on our services and send content you subscribed to. Analytics data tells us which content is useful and which pages need work, and helps us detect abuse — for example many spam messages from one IP address.
We do not use this data to build personal profiles, we do not score behaviour, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Sharing with third parties
All of the data above stays on systems operated by Tbtechsoft. The website embeds no third-party analytics such as Google Analytics and no social media pixels, so nothing is sent to those services.
Tbtechsoft does not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only when lawfully required by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
Detailed event data — including IP addresses — is deleted automatically after 90 days. Beyond that point we keep only daily aggregates (view counts, click counts), which contain no IP address and nothing that identifies an individual.
Contact messages and newsletter email addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe.
6. Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection and is reachable only from our internal admin system, behind a login and role-based permissions. Staff can only see data for the websites within their remit.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, withdraw your consent, or unsubscribe at any time. Send your request to info@tbtechsoft.com and we will handle it within a reasonable time.
If you would rather we did not record your views and clicks, enable tracking protection or block connections to our servers in your browser. The website works normally with analytics blocked.
