How we accept payment
Bank transfer. Every payment comes with a record you can reconcile against.

Put your contract reference or domain name in the transfer description so we can reconcile it immediately.
Account details
Our account number is NOT published on this website. It is in the quote and contract sent to you directly — see the payment safety section below for why.
Payment schedule
Fixed-scope projects are usually split into three milestones. Your contract states the final figures.

On signing, before work begins.

Staging handover
30%
When you can review and comment on the real build, before it goes to the live domain.

Acceptance
20%
After source code and admin credentials are handed over and the site is live.
Monthly services such as website care or ad management are billed at the start of each period, with no milestone split.
Invoicing
We issue VAT invoices as required by law. Every quote states whether the price includes tax — read that line carefully before comparing two quotes against each other.
If you need an invoice, send us your company name, tax code and registered address in advance. Sending them after payment still works, provided it is within the same declaration period.
Annual recurring costs
Domain names and hosting are provider costs renewed yearly. We notify you before they fall due so you can decide; we never charge you automatically.
Letting a domain expire takes the website down and stops email on that domain. It can be recovered, but the redemption fee after the grace period is several times the renewal fee.
Transferring money safely
Bank-details fraud over email is real and it targets exactly the moment a client is about to pay. Three habits are enough to avoid it:
- We NEVER change our bank details by email or chat. If you receive a notice that our account has changed, stop and call the hotline to confirm.
- Before your first transfer, call the hotline and read back the last three digits. Thirty seconds buys you certainty.
- The account holder name must match the party on your contract. If the name differs, stop and do not transfer.
Frequently asked questions
+Is a deposit required?
Yes. Fixed-scope projects start with a deposit milestone once the contract is signed. This is standard in the industry, because work starts immediately with research and design.
+Can I cancel after paying?
Cancellation terms are in your contract. The general principle: work completed up to the stopping point is billed, work not yet done is refunded.
+Can I pay monthly instalments?
For larger projects we can split into smaller milestones — discuss it before signing. We do not offer instalment plans through banks or e-wallets.
+Does the price include domain and hosting?
Each quote itemises this. Typically the first year may be included, and from the second year renewal is a separate cost — see the annual recurring costs section above.
